Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and don't share your login credentials.

Purchases

Premium features are one-time purchases. No subscriptions, no recurring charges. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Phzse provides wellness information, not medical advice. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

Fair Use

Use Phzse for personal wellness tracking. Don't abuse the service, attempt to hack it, or use it for any illegal purpose.

1. Using Phzse

Phzse is a cycle tracking and wellness app. You may use it to track your menstrual cycle, log symptoms, and receive personalized insights.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app

2. Guest vs. Account Mode

Guest mode: Your data stays on your device. We don't have access to it. If you clear your browser data, it's gone.

Account mode: Your data syncs to the cloud. You can access it across devices and it persists if you clear browser data.

3. Premium Features

Some features require a one-time purchase. All purchases are final but we may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues.

Premium features include:

  • Workout Guidance - Phase-specific exercise recommendations
  • Dating Oracle - Relationship insights and communication tips
  • Nourishment Guide - Nutrition advice for each phase
  • Complete Bundle - All premium features at a discount

4. Health Disclaimer

Phzse is not a medical device. The information provided is for general wellness purposes only.

You understand that:

  • Cycle predictions are estimates based on your data
  • The app should not be used for contraception or fertility planning
  • You should consult a doctor for any health concerns
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on app information

5. Intellectual Property

The Phzse app, including its design, content, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phzse and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
